Scope 

The activities required vary from project to project depending on existing conditions: such as soil properties, existing infrastructure, land layout, environmental features, contamination, and more.

And, the proposed design: such as deep excavation for underground or recessed structures, free draining shaping for the construction of water management or farmland, water retention structures, pavement design and requirements, and many other possibilities.
